We are a growing real estate company based in Berlin. Our portfolio includes commercial properties with retail and gastronomy units as well as residential apartments. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) who combines professional expertise with entrepreneurial thinking to manage and further develop our properties.

Your responsibilities



Full management of a commercial property with residential and gastronomy units Planning, coordination, and optimization of leases, maintenance, and modernization projects First point of contact for tenants, lessees, and external service providers Preparation of budgets, business plans, and regular reporting Coordination of external partners (caretakers, contractors, facility services) Ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements

Qualifikation



Your profile



Degree in Real Estate Management / Real Estate Economics or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in property or asset management Strong knowledge of tenancy law, contracts, and property accounting Excellent organizational skills, assertiveness, and a high sense of responsibility Strong communication skills in dealing with tenants, business partners, and authorities Fluency in German; good English skills are a plus (international tenants)
