Duties and responsibilities:Support in the application and administration of relevant certifications and quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, DRGL).
Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits (e.g. DIN EN ISO 14001/9001/DGRL).
Support and coordination of type approvals in cooperation with relevant departments and locations.
Contact person for customers with technical complaints about products.
Analyzing technical customer complaints, carrying out error analyses and developing measures to correct errors.
Processing and answering technical queries from customers in close coordination with Sales, Customer Service and Development
Leading and moderating internal and external discussions on complaints and quality problems.
Requirements:Completed technical training
Experience in quality management and the Pressure Equipment Directive desirable
Strong communication skills and a confident manner in dealing with customers
Analytical thinking, structured and independent way of working
Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
