What you'll do

Develop and implement the quality strategy for the Digital Vision System (DVS) projects and ensure compliance against Functional Safety and Cyber Security requirements

Ensure product and process quality from development through to serial production

Ensure the product reliability of our new development projects by leading the System- and Application testing

Lead and develop the quality team and coordinate internal and external audits

Take responsibility for compliance with legal and customer-specific standards (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 26262, ISO21434)

Initiate and support continuous improvement projects along the entire value chain

Responsibility for the homologation of the Exterior Mirrors and DVS projects

Representation QM issues for internal and external stakeholders

What we are looking for

Degree in engineering (e.g. Automotive- /Software Engineering) or equivalent qualification

Strong experience in Automotive Quality Management and managing automotive SW/HW Development projects and requirements

Solid knowledge of relevant standards and methods (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 26262, ISO 21434)

Proven experience in leading teams and establishing quality structures

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
