The QC Specialist (m/f/d) is the centrepiece of PCI Germany’s Quality Control team. The main responsibilities include:Ensure that products are tested on time and fulfill the required quality. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, standards, and internal quality guidelines (EU GMP guidelines, German Medicinal Products and Active Ingredients Manufacturing Ordinance (AMWHV), German Medicinal Products Act (AMG), ISO 13485). Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer and employee satisfaction, in particular through continuous improvements with regard to our quality objectives.

Daily tasks encompass:Outgoing goods inspection (despatch inspection) Inspection of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products for quality and specifications Inspect incoming goods on completeness and compliance with specifications Documentation of deviations and initiation of appropriate measures Preparation of deviation reports in the event of quality defects Collaboration with other departments like Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance

Skills and ExperienceCompleted professional education/vocational training in the sciences or pharmaceuticals or a comparable qualification Careful, structured, and independent way of working Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team Advanced written and spoken English and German skills

Die Hauptaufgabengebiete umfassen:Die Gewährleistung einer termin- und qualitätsgerechten Prüfung der Produkte Die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Normen und interner Qualitätsrichtlinien (EU-GMP-Leitfaden, Arzneimittel- und Wirkstoffherstellungsverordnung (AMWHV), Arzneimittelgesetz (AMG), ISO 13485). Den Beitrag zur ständigen Verbesserung der Kunden- und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit, insbesondere durch kontinuierliche Verbesserungen im Hinblick auf unsere Qualitätsziele

Die täglichen Aufgaben umfassen:Warenausgangskontrolle (Versandkontrolle) Prüfung von Rohstoffen, Halbfertig- und Fertigprodukten auf Qualität und Spezifikation Wareneingangskontrolle (Rohstoffen, Halbfertig- und Fertigprodukten) Prüfung der Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und Übereinstimmung Dokumentation und Berichterstattung Dokumentation von Abweichungen und Einleitung entsprechender Korrekturmaßnahmen Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen: Produktion, Lager, Qualitätssicherung

Fähigkeiten und ErfahrungAbgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im naturwissenschaftlichen oder pharmazeutischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit Fortgeschrittene Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
