Purchaser - DE - Westhausen

Key Responsibilities:

Material planning as well as cost-, deadline- and quality-oriented procurement of an assigned procurement spectrum, both domestically and internationally Handling of procurement processes in SAP Tenders, price inquiries, offer analyses Conduct contract and price negotiations Analyses of procurement markets and research of new suppliers Development of productive supplier relationships Continuous range and inventory analysis to optimize stock levels Continuous review of supplier-related key performance indicators (KPI's)

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

Completed commercial training with at least 1 year of specialized training Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing required Experience in the procurement of mechanical components Experience in negotiating with suppliersExcellent communication skills for coordinating with internal departments and suppliers Experience with SAP in purchasing Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Fluent in German and English
