Verantwortungsbereich

Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Werktransformationsprojekten Koordination und fachlicher Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams (Engineering, Produktion, IT, Einkauf etc.) Analyse der bestehenden Fertigungsprozesse und Entwicklung von Lösungen zur Automatisierung und Optimierung Einführung neuer Technologien und innovativer Automatisierungssysteme zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität Überwachung von Projektbudgets, Zeitplänen und Ressourcen, Daily Management Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern / Lieferanten Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards während der Projektumsetzung Dokumentation und Reporting des Projektfortschritts an das Management Schulung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei der Integration neuer Systeme und Prozesse Durchführung von Risikoanalyse und Bewertung von Sicherheitsanforderungen, Berücksichtigung von CE-Anforderungen in der Fertigung

Qulifikationen

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik und Projektleitung, idealerweise in der Fertigungsindustrie Fundierte Kenntnisse in Steuerungs- und Automatisierungssystemen (z.B. SPS, SCADA, Robotik) Erfahrung im Change-Management und in Transformationsprojekten Projektmanagement-Kompetenzen (z.B. PMP, PRINCE2, APM von Vorteil) Analytisches Denken und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
