Responsibilities

Lead and manage

offshore and onshore high-voltage projects across the Benelux region

Plan and oversee

maintenance campaigns for multiple wind farms

Build and guide

project teams, including permanent staff, external specialists, and subcontractors

Inspire and develop

team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration

Ensure

project delivery meets timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements

Facilitate and chair

internal and client meetings to align on progress and objectives

Promote and enforce

strict safety standards to guarantee a secure working environment on site

Qualifications

Higher professional education (HBO) level with a background in electrical engineering Extensive experience in offshore projects Several years in a managerial role, such as Project Manager or Project Leader Knowledge of IPMA and/or PRINCE2 methodologies is an advantage Willingness to pursue additional training and certifications Proficiency in Dutch, German, and English Strong result orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and resilience under pressure Flexible mindset and a true team player
