We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with focus on HR Operations / Service Center Projects and Process Excellence to join our Corporate HR team at Knorr-Bremse. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of HR Shared Services projects and process excellence initiatives across the organization.
  • Lead and manage the implementation of HR Shared Services projects and process excellence initiatives to improve HR service delivery and efficiency
  • Identify and evaluate process improvements and implement changes to enhance HR service delivery
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures, process maps, and training materials for HR Shared Services
  • Monitor and report on project progress and results to ensure that project goals are met
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to identify and prioritize HR process improvement opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum five years of experience in HR Shared Services, process excellence, or related field
  • Proven experience leading and managing HR projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
