How you can contribute:

Coordinate and manage multiple parallel development projects, including cost and capacity planning and milestone tracking Translate requirements into clear user stories and maintain a well-structured backlog covering new features, technical debt, and maintenance Prepare and deliver regular status reports, including risk identification and mitigation Track and analyze key R&D KPIs (e.g., delivery velocity, defect rates, CI stability) and support continuous delivery improvements Ensure operational readiness of releases, including documentation, monitoring handover, and coordination of hypercare phases

Your Profile:

Several years of experience in technical project management, delivery management, or product ownership in embedded or software development Strong understanding of embedded system lifecycles with HW/SW dependencies Experience with agile and hybrid delivery methods and writing high-quality user stories Solid skills in effort/cost modelling and KPI-driven project steering Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management abilities Pragmatic, structured, collaborative mindset Fluent in German and English Experience with team management is a plus
