The Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for Schaeffler\'s global spare parts business.   • Support the development and implementation of the Schaeffler AAM division strategy in relation to sustainability and circularity towards the
customers and downstream partners * Centralize information on Schaeffler AAM clients and their sustainability and circularity performance/preparation
  • Manage contacts with Schaeffler AAM customers on sustainability and circularity topics
  • Develop a communication and engagement strategy towards Schaeffler AAM clients regarding their emissions reduction
targets and sustainability/circularity plans * Identify, analyze and respond to customer-specific sustainability/circularity requirements
  • Develop new business cases and opportunities with Schaeffler AAM customers in the area of sustainability & circularity
  • Monitor global trends in the aftermarket with regard to sustainability and circularity
  • Support Schaeffler AAM market strategy for green products and services
  • University degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Technical Degree
  • At least 3 to 5 years professional experience
  • Well-founded specialist knowledge of sustainability, decarbonization topics and their regulations
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills in English (knowledge of German is an advantage)
  • Excellent analytical skills and a very structured way of working
  • Self-driven and independent way of working
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Experience with Schaeffler processes, products and the customer landscape desirable
