Are you passionate about motorsport and precision planning? Hyundai Motorsport is seeking a Production Planner to lead and execute production and upgrade planning activities for our cutting-edge motorsport programmes.



You’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely availability of components and assemblies, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to meet performance and quality targets.


Assess and review component requirements for upcoming motorsport events. Ensure stock levels meet operational and performance goals. Collaborate with Forecasting Lead and PMO Manager to develop forward-looking production plans. Align planning with programme milestones and race schedules. Organize manufacturing and delivery of prototype and production-intent components. Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure quality and timelines. Verify availability of rebuild kits and sub-assemblies. Plan and coordinate repair activities internally or with approved suppliers. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, usage rates, and replenishment needs. Identify and resolve inefficiencies or bottlenecks in planning and production. Act as a key interface between engineering, procurement, logistics, and workshop teams.

Required Profile

Relevant technical or engineering qualification preferred. Proven experience in a motorsport environment; strong background in stock and inventory management. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement. Proficiency in SAP (ERP) and Microsoft Project (Planning & Scheduling).
