Job Summary




Product Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)




Your Key Responsibilities:


Positioning & Messaging:

Assist in crafting clear, value-driven messaging tailored to different buyer personas and industries.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, competitor strengths, and customer needs.

Sales Enablement:

Support the creation of sales collateral, playbooks, and demos that empower sales throughout the buyer journey.

Content Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing to develop engaging content including blog posts, case studies, videos, and presentations and bring them on our channels to life.

Customer Insights:

Gather and share feedback and use cases from customer success and product teams to refine messaging and marketing strategies.

Go-to-Market Support:

Assist in planning and coordinating product launches and feature updates to maximize market impact.

Performance Tracking:

Help monitor product marketing KPIs, analyse campaign results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.





Qualifications and Skills:


1–3 years’ experience in product marketing, marketing analysis, or related roles (B2B, SaaS, or tech preferred). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions. Solid understanding of marketing principles, storytelling, and product positioning. Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with attention to detail. Comfortable working collaboratively across teams—product, sales, marketing, and leadership. Familiarity with environmental compliance, circular economy, or sustainability topics is a plus. Experience with marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Ahrefs, Google Analytics). Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
