We’re expanding our Product Management team at our headquarters in Hamburg and are looking for a Product Manager for Strategic Partnerships (m/f/d) to join our Body Composition Solutions team. In this role, you will shape joint value propositions with strategic partners and translate customer needs, partner capabilities, and product strategy into scalable, customer-centric solutions that create lasting value for both healthcare and fitness professionals and for seca.



Your mission:



Your key responsibilities will include:



Shape and execute partnership strategy



Evaluate and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities in the medical (e.g. digital health ecosystems, other medical device manufacturers) and fitness (e.g. gym solution providers) segment that complement our product roadmap, value propositions and growth objectives.

Shape the strategic direction for partnerships by translating business goals into clear partnership propositions and joint value creation models.



Manage partnership lifecycle



Lead end-to-end joint value proposition creation – from opportunity assessment, and contract negotiation to integration, launch, and performance tracking.

Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring value realization and future evolution.



Develop partnership-driven value proposition



Define requirements and roadmaps for co-developed or partner-integrated solutions, products and services.

Build and validate business cases, partnership models, and go-to-market strategies.

Drive product and partnership readiness for market introduction and lifecycle management.

Work closely with the internal project management office to ensure alignment between different functional areas, such as Business Development, Marketing, Legal, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.



Your profile:



Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, medical technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in health tech, diagnostics, or the fitness industry.

Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of successful cross-functional and inter-company collaborations.

Strong communication skills combined with an analytical, structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Ability to learn fast and willingness to follow an entrepreneurial path on a project level.

Can-do mentality with the ability to motivate and align others.

Experience working with regulated products.

Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Willingness to travel internationally (~30%) to support partner collaboration and solution development.
