As a Product Manager for Distribution, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of our Point-of-Sale (POS) channel. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts to scale and optimize our POS network, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strong partner collaboration. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to product development and a passion for delivering impactful solutions in the payments space.

The office is located in the Bikini Berlin building near Kurfürstendamm with easy access via public transport links. To foster team culture, we try as often as possible to meet in person in Berlin

Key Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy

Define and communicate a clear, outcome-driven product vision for the POS channel. Translate high-level business goals into actionable product strategies and roadmaps. Drive the overall POS network strategy, focusing on coverage, quality, and scalability.

Discovery & Definition

Translate functional requirements into wireframes, flow diagrams, and user stories. Conduct on-site POS testing and collaborate with external partners to assess and qualify the network. Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and third-party partnerships to enhance the product.

Execution & Delivery

Lead the testing and qualification of POS systems for Paysafecash and paysafecard. Ensure optimal user experience at the point of sale through continuous improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to remove delivery roadblocks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Go-to-Market & Representation

Serve as the product representative in communications with retailers and distribution partners. Partner with commercial teams to drive successful rollouts and adoption of POS solutions. Align internal stakeholders across operations, sales, compliance, and support.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Define and track KPIs focused on transaction success, customer experience, and operational performance. Identify and resolve recurring pain points to improve network reliability and satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to iterate on features and test new concepts.

Requirements

2+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments or digital services. Strong sense of design, usability, and user experience. Proven track record of building scalable products for a broad customer base. Experience in multicultural, global environments and driving transformation through global roadmaps. Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Comfortable working with Engineering, UX, Analytics, and Business stakeholders. Full professional proficiency in English.
