We have a new role within the Product Management team! Reporting to the Product Manager (Team Lead) this exciting role is responsible for the strategic development, lifecycle management, and commercial success of Peak Scientific’s service offerings. This role is critical in consolidating and enhancing the service product portfolio, ensuring it delivers maximum value to customers while supporting business growth and competitive differentiation. As the voice of the customer, the Product Manager will lead the transformation of service offerings into cohesive, innovative, and revenue- generating portfolio.
This role is remote, ideally out of the following locations: Munich, Cologne, Dusseldorf or Stuttgart. There will be regular travel to our HQ office in Glasgow, Scotland as well as international travel to meet with stakeholders and attend events.
Key duties:
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform service product strategy
Define and manage the service product roadmaps, including pricing, positioning and, and go-to-market plans
Monitor service product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Work closely with regional teams to ensure service offerings are relevant and competitive in local markets
Champion the integration of digital and sustainable innovations into service offerings
Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and support
Provide training and enablement to internal teams to drive adoption and understanding of service products
Support the development of future-focused service innovations that align with Peak’s broader product strategy.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager from a consumer-packaged goods or service organisation. Preferably, a degree in a STEM discipline, with proven ability to understand customers in academia, life sciences, and pharma.
You will also possess:
Familiarity with SAP
Fluency in English both verbal and written essential
Excellent data analysis skills
