Your mission

Lead hardware product development from first prototype to full rollout Coordinate across Engineering, Procurement & Suppliers to deliver top-tier solutions Analyze markets & customer needs to identify innovation opportunities Shape and execute product strategies that scale with our growth Ensure high-quality hardware through smart component decisions Present product progress confidently to leadership, partners & teams Build strong internal networks through excellent communication & facilitation Navigate high-speed environments with calm focus & high ownership Push boundaries to make your product a market success

Your profile

You’re hands-on, tech-driven, and ready to make an impact. You love hardware, think in systems, and thrive at the intersection of tech and product.

We’re looking for:



Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering or Industrial Engineering (BSc/MSc) or a comparable qualification 2+ years experience in IoT or electronics product development Solid knowledge of PCBs & electronic components First experience in product or project management Strong communication & stakeholder skills Self-starter mindset with high accountability Fluent in English and German
