What will you get to do in this Product Intern role?

As a Product Management Intern in the Integrations Team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners — including Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success — to help define, build, and optimize integrations that connect Nelly’s platform with external systems used by medical practices and partners. This role offers hands-on experience in product strategy, roadmap development, user research, and end-to-end execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you’ll get to do

Support Product Strategy & Planning: Assist in defining product goals, prioritizing features, and developing the Integrations team roadmap based on customer needs, internal strategic objectives, and market opportunity. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Engineering, Data, Customer Success and Key Account management to scope integration requirements, define success criteria, and deliver high-quality features. User & Market Research: Conduct research, user interviews, and data analysis to uncover pain points, validate hypotheses, and inform product decisions that improve integration adoption and satisfaction. Measure & Iterate: Track key metrics for integrations, analyze performance trends, and support iterative improvements to strengthen reliability and usability.

What you'll bring

You are available for a minimum duration of at least 5 months You have gained initial practical experience in demanding, dynamic environments (e.g., internships or working student roles in high-growth startups, fintechs, Big 4, investment banking, etc.) You are motivated to take on responsibility and actively drive your personal growth You possess strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality Your judgment allows you to decide when “done” is better than “perfect” – and vice versa You are curious and enjoy challenging the status quoYou share our culture, which is based on an open mindset, high standards, and pragmatism Fluency in German is a plus
