The Role

In this hybrid key position, you combine Product Management with Customer Success.


You will work closely internally with our software engineering team and externally serve as the primary point of contact for our customers—especially during onboarding and the successful rollout of our SaaS solution.

Your Responsibilities

Product Management & Team Leadership

Functional leadership and prioritization of a SaaS software engineering team Translating customer requirements and business objectives into clear product requirements Maintaining and evolving the product roadmap Close collaboration with development, UX/UI, and executive management Ownership of product quality, user feedback, and continuous improvement

Customer Success & Onboarding

Actively guiding customers through onboarding and go-live Conducting product demos, workshops, and training sessions Building long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor Collecting customer feedback and translating it into concrete product improvements Supporting use case definition and best practices ?

Your Profile

Experience in Product Management or Customer Success in a SaaS environment Solid technical understanding (e.g., software development, APIs, cloud, data products) Ability to translate between customers and engineering teams Structured, self-driven, and responsible working style Strong communication skills—internally and externally Enthusiasm for taking ownership and driving initiatives forward Willingness to travel Very good command of both German and English ?

Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Experience in a B2B SaaS environment Background in consulting, start-ups, or scale-ups ?
