You will be instrumental in optimizing the way our Product and Engineering teams collaborate, build, and deliver, ensuring we can accelerate our pace of innovation while maintaining high quality and predictability.

This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, data-driven, and highly organized individual to build and refine the operational backbone that supports our ambitious growth. You won't just manage processes; you'll design, implement, and continuously improve them, directly impacting our ability to scale effectively.

What you’ll be doing

Process Optimization & Standardization
Design, implement, and refine scalable operational processes across the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), from ideation and discovery to development, testing, and release
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within and between Product and Engineering workflows

Establish clear communication protocols for roadmapping, release planning, status updates, and incident management
Drive knowledge sharing and documentation efforts within P&E
Work with outside agencies to prepare and submit R&D Tax Credits

Performance Metrics & Reporting

Define, track, and report on key operational metrics for Product and Engineering performance (e.g., delivery velocity, lead time, cycle time, defect rates, roadmap predictability)
Develop and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights to P&E leadership for strategic decision-making

Release Management Coordination
Orchestrate and streamline the release process, ensuring smooth and predictable deployments of new features and products

Coordinate dependencies and communication across multiple teams for successful launches

Resource & Capacity Planning Support

Support P&E leadership in resource allocation, capacity planning, and forecasting to ensure optimal utilization and project delivery

Onboarding & Training
Develop and improve onboarding processes for new Product Managers and Engineers to accelerate their ramp-up time

What you need to be successful

Experience
4+ years of experience in an Operations, Program Management, or Project Management role within a fast-paced SaaS or technology company
Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and optimizing processes for Product and/or Engineering teams
Experience in a scale-up environment is highly preferred

Skills
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without direct authority
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear, actionable plans

Mindset
Proactive and self-driven, with a strong bias for action and continuous improvement

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to change in a dynamic environment
