We are looking for a Problem-Solving Specialist to join our logistics department. In this role, you will ensure smooth operations by resolving shipping-related issues, supporting warehouse processes, and coordinating with relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a contact person for departments regarding operational issues
Resolve shipping-related problems according to customer requirements
Handle PickShorts, PackShorts, and ErrorLabels
Clarify stock discrepancies with the inventory team
Correct order data and monitor open customer orders
Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and system login issues
Analyze errors related to trolleys and transport containers
Requirements
Education in freight forwarding/logistics or relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
German language skills (minimum A2); English is an advantage
Strong communication and social skills
Reliable, structured, and organized working style
Willingness to work shifts
Forklift license is a plus (training offered if not available)

Hourly wage €14.60 + €200 functional allowance
Approx. €2,725.80 gross per month
