The Corporate Finance & Controlling team provides overarching insights including early trends to co-pilot key business decisions and drive financial ambitions. The team enables capabilities, best practices & governance across markets, categories & channels.
The Future Finance Capabilities Specialist will play a pivotal role in innovating financial reporting, processes, procedures, tools, and methodologies by implementing and operationalizing Power BI and other advanced technologies. The individual in this position will contribute to our digital finance transformation and promote a modern Controlling mindset within the Corporate Finance & Controlling community.
We are actively seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance and Data Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will spearhead the utilization of financial data to drive strategic insights, furnish actionable recommendations, and actively contribute to the company's financial decision-making process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply design and programming expertise alongside financial and analytical skills to maintain and evolve financial dashboards and processes.
Collaborate on data lake house repository management and ETL (extract, transform, load) processes.
Utilize visualization tools such as 'Power BI' to combine and present data effectively.
Merge analytical outputs with reporting functionalities to drive impactful insights.
Support analysis of financial data, identifying trends and patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue optimization.
Engage with cross-functional teams to collect, interpret, and present data-powered recommendations for business strategies and financial planning.
Identify and support implementing process enhancements and automation to streamline financial analyses and reporting.
Develop and implement analytic tools and dashboards leveraging the latest technology.
Explore the usage of AI in our reporting and process solutions
Support Group OOH consolidation, tracking and steering through implementing reporting, visualization, and dashboarding.
Act as a stakeholder in HQ Finance processes, ensuring data access and improving reporting/visualization efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the digitalization of financial processes using analytical tools, programming languages, and natural language processing.
Support small-scale projects, assisting in the implementation of findings and ensuring the sustainability of achievements.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance daily tasks and optimize processes and solutions

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Very good first experience in building interactive Power BI dashboards and translating complex data into actionable insights
Ability to clean, organize, and transform raw data to ensure high-quality, usable datasets for analysis and reporting
Familiarity with Python as a foundational language for AI and data science
Skills in using Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT) for code generation, automation, and workflow optimization, including crafting effective prompts for tasks like SQL query creation.
Understanding the responsible and effective use of AI, including its risks, value, and implications for finance.
Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
Ability to automate manual finance processes (e.g., reconciliations, reporting)
Good comprehension of finance, its processes, and structures.
Data analyst skills (i.e., data mapping and critical pressure testing – data cleaning; exploration and statistical analysis and trend visualization (operationalized via dashboards).
Good analytical skills coupled with the ability to critically question status quo and think strategically.
Good communication and influential abilities.
Good in articulating clear and concise information and recommendations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and project set-ups; intellectual curiosity and interest in understanding external business drivers and business environment dynamics.
Experience in Project Management is a plus.
Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English within a business context
Cultural sensitivity and openness to working in diverse business environments
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
University/bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, data engineering or related fields
Very good knowledge of MS Office products especially Excel (incl. VBA desired) and PowerPoint
Very good knowledge of Power BI
Experience with SQL, Power Automate, Power Query, Power Apps is a plus
Knowledge of SAP + SAP S4/Hana (desired)
Python/Natural Language processing.
0-3 years of work experience in Finance and/or Data Analytics
