Triton has over 150 investment professionals and value creation experts across 11 offices and invests through three complementary “All Weather” strategies: Mid-Market Private Equity, Smaller Mid-Cap Private Equity, and Opportunistic Credit.
We are currently looking for candidates to join us for an internship at our Frankfurt office for 3 months (start January 2026), where you will have the opportunity to:Build deep sector and company knowledge by talking to some of the most successful corporate leaders in Europe and beyond Analyse and dissect business models in order to make more informed investment decisions Have a real impact on investment decisions made by the firm through your direct contributions Be part of our team of hands-on investment professionals

Requirements:
To be considered for the internship program, applicants must meet the following criteria:Currently enrolled as a bachelor or master’s student or recent graduate Excellent Academic track record Relevant prior internship or work experience Fluency in English
