Work on Live Deals

Analyze financials and build valuation models that directly influence investment decisions Manage independent workstreams and collaborate with advisors Present findings that will be discussed in real investment committees

Source New Opportunities

Dive into software market research and develop your own investment theses Identify high-potential founders and companies Help shape the next platform or add-on acquisition

Support Portfolio Value Creation

Work closely with C-level teams at PE-backed software companies Contribute to organic and inorganic growth initiatives Help map potential add-on targets and analyze strategic fit

At least 4 semesters of studies in Business, Engineering, or a quantitative field Experience in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, or Private Equity Strong financial modelling, valuation, and process understanding Excellent Excel and PowerPoint abilities A strong interest in software, technology, and the DACH deal environment A structured, analytical mindset paired with strong communication skills A proactive, curious, and energetic personality
