THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE
To continue shaping the future of healthcare, we are looking for a dedicated Pre-Sales Consultant (all genders) who plays an active role in driving our customer growth from the very beginning and contributes significantly to presenting and promoting our clinical software solutions.
YOUR TASKS
Analyzing the processes and needs of potential hospital customers and demonstrating the concrete value our platform delivers
Presenting our software solutions in a targeted, relatable way with a strong understanding of clinical realities
Supporting the sales team with your subject-matter expertise throughout the entire sales process, contributing directly to overall success
Bringing feedback from the market back into our product development and actively helping to further develop our platform
Representing Avelios at trade fairs, events, and on-site customer meetings
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Solid understanding of clinical and administrative hospital processes, ideally gained through professional experience or project work in healthcare
Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and audience-appropriate way
Enjoyment in engaging with customers and collaboratively shaping practical digital solutions
Basic technical understanding is helpful but not required — more important is the willingness to learn and dive into our platform
Very good German skills and good English skills
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events
