Predoctoral Researcher (gn)

(full-time, 40 hrs./week, starting in July 2026, 1 year, renewable once for up to 2 years)



and help shaping the future by bringing your expertise and passion to ESMT.

How youll make a difference

-------------------------------

Support ongoing research projects by gathering, compiling, processing, and organizing large datasets Help conduct statistical analysis Proofread and edit research reports, working papers, and publications Maintain effective communication with all members of the faculty and external collaborators Support organization of the annual conferences and associated PhD workshops

What makes you a great fit

------------------------------

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Behavioral Sciences, or related fields Strong quantitative background and analytical skills Proficiency in conducting statistical analyses Familiarity with at least one mathematical/statistical software Previous research experience is an advantage Fluency in English is required; German language skills are an advantage Intention to pursue a doctoral degree
