YOUR TASKS

Supporting project management in the planning, coordination and implementation of a global business transformation project Assisting in the creation, preparation and follow-up of presentations, reports and decision-making documents, including the analysis and preparation of relevant information and results Supporting the coordination and tracking of project activities, including monitoring deadlines, milestones and resources, as well as communication between various project teams and stakeholders Responsibility for ensuring data hygiene, including the quality and consistency of data, as well as the preparation of reports Responsibility for data storage, including structuring documents and maintaining information resources

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics or similar Initial practical experience in consulting, strategy, project management or business transformation is an advantage Very good written and spoken German and English Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to present complex issues quickly and comprehensibly Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint High IT/data affinity Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
