This is a part-time role, with an estimated work schedule of approximately 20-32 hours per week.

Employee Experience Coordinator

, you will ensure that all Xenetians feel motivated and set up for success.


We’re seeking a self-driven, outgoing, and conscientious individual to join our People Experience team, which is part of the People & Culture department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of tasks and responsibilities in an international scale-up.


In your role as Employee Experience Coordinator, you will ensure that our Hamburg office operates efficiently and smoothly. You will also be an advocate of our core values and help with various projects and tasks related to the People & Culture function. As such, you will help foster our unique culture continuously to create a positive, engaging, and enjoyable workplace for all colleagues.
What you will be doing


Daily administrative tasks and support in the Hamburg office, implementing and maintaining office procedures. Support the wider People team on various projects and responsibilities, including internal communication, employee engagement, and company events. Book business meetings, dinners, and company-wide events, and organize culture-building initiatives. Book travel and accommodation. Liaise with colleagues and suppliers, and support the Finance team with invoicing. Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail. Your profile and experience


Background from HR/People function or as an Office Coordinator/Manager is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Self-starter and proactive - you take ownership when you see something that needs to be fixed, and you are able to deal with multiple issues at the same time. You enjoy an international, fast-working environment and making people’s lives easier. You are curious and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics. Fluent in German and English, oral and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. What we offer
