, with a focus on the ServiceNow ecosystem. In this role you will be responsible for driving revenue growth related to EPAM’s ServiceNow-based consulting and delivery offerings by working closely with internal Consulting Delivery Marketing and Alliances teams as well as with ServiceNow.
Success in this role requires the ability to deliver results through strong relationships, influence and orchestration across multiple stakeholders. You will identify and originate ServiceNow opportunities through proactive market research, joint account planning with EPAM and ServiceNow sales teams.
You will act as primary coordinator for ServiceNow opportunities, bringing together clients, account managers, consultants, delivery leads and ServiceNow stakeholders. You will ensure alignment across all parties, define clear next steps, maintain momentum and guide multi-disciplinary teams to deliver impactful ServiceNow solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
Win ServiceNow-related business for EPAM across new and existing client accounts
Own and drive all ServiceNow-related sales and partner activities within your region while collaborating across regions to share best practices
Lead joint account planning and opportunity development with ServiceNow field sales and partner teams
Coordinate and oversee preparation of value propositions sales plans and RFPs RFQs and RFIs acting as a liaison between sales consulting partners and executive stakeholders
Identify and manage joint pipeline and forecast activities with ServiceNow ensuring transparency and alignment
Promote EPAM’s ServiceNow consulting capabilities and success stories within the ServiceNow organisation to support partner-driven lead generation
Drive joint go-to-market and marketing initiatives in partnership with marketing and alliances teams
Act as the internal trusted advisor for ServiceNow including coordination with internal product management and managing access to early release programs and product roadmaps
Organise and deliver introductory training sessions and supporting materials such as overview presentations and hands-on workshops to showcase ServiceNow features and capabilities
Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience across all phases of the sales lifecycle
Proven ability to identify and engage potential clients by articulating EPAM’s value proposition and proactively sourcing prospects through calls emails and LinkedIn outreach
Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape pitch and submit solution proposals
Experience working with Legal teams to negotiate prepare and execute contracts
Demonstrated solution-selling skills with a strong track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Experience with ServiceNow offerings is preferred though not mandatory
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
High energy level with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
Fluent German and English language skills are required
