Objective:

Design of mechanical seals for compressors, mixers and seal gas boosters.

Our two-year trainee program offers:

Special emphasis on mechanical seal design for compressors, mixers, and seal gas boosters.

A cross-departmental assignment with a focus on applied engineering work

Development and optimization of new products in cooperation with the test field and R&D departments

Active involvement on the 3D SolidWorks implementation

Systematically analyze data to uncover areas for improvement.

Participation in challenging and exciting interdisciplinary projects of the overall site

Participation in additional qualification measures (product training, project management, lean training, engineering software, PLM, ERP)

Continuous support from a personal mentor

Your qualification and experience profile:

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar

Knowledge in the field of rotating equipment, thermodynamics and design engineering is an advantage.

Hands-On mentality and personal responsibility in the processing and implementation of projects

Programming knowledge (VBA or similar) is desirable.

Very high level of self-discipline as well as organization

Very good knowledge of German and English

Good knowledge of MS Office programs, as well as CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor), CAE (ANSYS)

High level of commitment and flexibility, as well as good communication skills and enthusiasm
