Operations Manager (m/f/d)

you are directly reporting to the COO and will be an essential part of our journey, taking over responsibilities quickly, with plenty of opportunities for your own personal and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities

Drive operational planning and execution across departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Develop and implement internal processes, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency and scalability Collaborate with leadership to manage OKRs, progress tracking, and resource planning Support budget preparation, vendor management, and contract administration Coordinate company-wide initiatives (e.g., hiring plans, compliance efforts, internal audits, certifications) Assist in preparing internal reports, presentations, and executive summaries for stakeholders Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams Lead or support special projects and business-critical initiatives as needed

Your Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field 6+ years of relevant professional experience in operations, business management, or consulting in the startup or tech/defence sector Proven ability to structure, manage, and optimize organizational processes High degree of ownership, proactivity, and execution orientation Excellent communication skills in both German and English Strong MS Office and/or productivity tool skills (e.g., M365, Figma, etc.) Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment with high expectations Trustworthy, discreet, and a natural collaborator
