We believe that the recruiting process needs to be talent-first to make it easy to get in touch with those companies, be coached in the journey and actually get hired.
Role Description:
We are looking for a very strong candidate to work with us and help exceptional candidates find strong jobs. We are looking to build a company with a strong talent bar. The role includes:
- Communication with top talent through email, phone & video calls
- Understanding talent requirements and finding the perfect-matching jobs in our network
- Pitching candidates to companies and generally communication to companies
We focus on software engineers and GTM talent in the US. You will be part of our early-stage team, work directly with the founders and see how we build out our AI start-up. We are looking for someone who can work with us in-office in El Poblado initially. Later you will work remote.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in recruiting or sales, e.g. managing lead lists or interviewing candidates
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Openness for a start-up with its scrappy processes
