Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform routine system checks, preventive maintenance, and hardware installations. Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions within defined SLAs. Manage access control, security policies, and compliance with data center standards. Support deployment, configuration, and upgrades of servers, applications, and network equipment. Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and incident reports. Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors. Provide on-site and remote support for business-critical IT operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Hands-on experience in IT operations, system administration, or data center environments. Knowledge of server hardware, Windows/Linux server administration, networking, and storage systems. Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills. Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergencies. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
