Running diagnostic tests and performing regular upgrades
Providing technical support and ensuring data protection
Repairing computer equipment and network devices
Removing viruses, and troubleshooting malware, adware, spyware, etc.
Adjusting computer hardware components to ensure better performance
Diagnosing network connectivity problems
Providing users with technical training and assistance when necessary
Skills
Proven experience as computer technician
Good knowledge of computer systems (PC and Point of Sales equipment), printers, mobile phones, tablets and peripherals
Good knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft)
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Basic knowledge and experience with LAN/WAN networks
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills
Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+) is an advantage
Language Skills: Fluent German(Minimum C1) and English
