Your Mission – Step Up and Make a Difference!

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Nordseecluster Service team. Based offshore the service operation vessel (SOV) the Shift Leader is managing the day-to-day operation of the assets from the vessel on a 14/14 day rotation. Encompassing HSE, production performance, operations and maintenance and employee development.




Responsibility for all offshore operations Employee line management and development Maintaining code of conduct, discipline, and culture on the SOV Facilitate SOV technical focus, team meetings and strategy deployment SOV crew interface management & contingency planning for vessel operations Turbine inspections, safety walks and auditing Participate in morning briefings and toolbox talk Escalate HSE, performance and operational issues to the Service Manager Oversee management of subcontractors onboard vessel

Your Profile – You’ve Got What It Takes!

Professional experience with electrical or mechanical systems - potentially gained in the offshore industry or in a similar industry Experience in Management and Supervision Experience in Managing and developing efficient teams * IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP systems, data processing and PowerPoint
