Ocean Freight & Logistics Operations (Export / Import / Contracted Logistics)

To further strengthen our operations in Germany, we are looking for motivated professionals to join our Ocean Freight and Contracted Logistics Operations.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1?. Ocean Freight Operation – Export

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end ocean export operations for customers Coordinate schedules and costs with carriers, terminals, and inland transport providers Prepare and manage shipping documents (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, etc.) Handle operational issues (delays, claims) and provide timely reporting Monitor KPIs and improve customer service quality
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Logistics, International Trade, or Shipping Proficiency in English (German a plus) Skilled in MS Office and logistics operation systems Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset
Preferred

Experience with carriers or freight forwarders Job experience in ocean export operations Experience in handling global accounts Familiarity with SAP or similar TMS

2?. Ocean Freight Operation – Import

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end ocean import operations Coordinate with origin forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and inland transport providers Handle import documentation and support customs clearance Manage billing, cost settlement, and invoicing Analyze and resolve operational issues
Qualifications

Proficiency in English (German a plus) Knowledge of import regulations and customs processes Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred

Job experience in ocean import operations Experience in inland/terminal operations within Europe Previous work experience at a global freight forwarder

3?. Contracted Logistics Operation

Key Responsibilities

Manage dedicated warehouse/center operations for key customers Oversee inbound/outbound, inventory management, and process improvements Manage 3PL partners Monitor KPIs, costs, and provide regular reporting
Qualifications

Job experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management Proven experience in warehouse/center operations Proficiency in English (German a plus) Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
Preferred

Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems Industry-specific experience (Automotive, Electronics, etc.)
