The Munich Marriott City West sets new benchmarks and standards in meetings & events. Who we are looking for...

You are a host with passion but also a night owl. You work in a structured and careful manner, approach our international guests openly and always keep a watchful eye on the safety of the house during the night. Nothing escapes your attention and you are responsible for ensuring that the nights pass quietly and safely for our guests.

What your responsibilities are...

You greet and say goodbye to our guests, check them in and out and have an open ear for all guest concerns You conscientiously calculate every day and always adhere to the specified processes You routinely use our digital hotel management programs and carry out the daily closing and the night run You control bookings and group invoices You prepare reports and statistics for the accounting department You make regular security rounds, checking entrances and exits and ensuring that all escape routes are clear and accessible You are responsible for the smooth stay of our guests during the night

You have completed a vocational training (preferably in the tourism sector) or already have at least 1 year of experience as a night auditor in the hotel industry You enjoy working with people from all over the world every day You can cope well with working during night hours Your strong sense of quality and high standards are evident in everything you do You are a communication talent with very good German and English skills Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality Your professionalism paired with your self-confident appearance and charm inspire our guests every day You have a work permit for the EU/Germany
