and take responsibility for our guests and operations during the night shift. Two brands – endless possibilities!


Your key responsibilities include:

Handle

guest check-in and check-out

Prepare

reports and statistics

Perform daily closing

and

pre-accounting

tasks

Advise and assist guests

with all inquiries

Contribute to departmental goals

Handle

guest feedback and complaints professionally

Be able.

Experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar guest-facing role Hotel management training is a plus Strong communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus Confident working with Opera and comfortable using computers Resilient, responsible, and a team player Eager to grow and learn
