Job Overview

Die Position „Mitarbeiter(m/w/d)Vertriebsinnendienst Export“ umfasst die internationale Kundenbetreuung und ist verantwortlich für die eigenständige Abwicklung von Exportaufträgen. Dazu gehören das Erstellen von Exportdokumenten, die Organisation und Koordination weltweiter Transporte sowie die Erfassung und Überwachung der Aufträge vom Eingang bis zur Auslieferung. Die Rolle umfasst außerdem die Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Dienstleistern in Deutsch und Englisch, die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie die Einhaltung relevanter Zoll- und Compliance-Vorgaben im Exportgeschäft.

Eigenständiges Abwickeln von Exportaufträgen Erstellen von Exportdokumenten (Rechnungen, Zollanmeldung, Ursprungszeugnisse, uvm.) Einhalten von Zoll- und Compliance-Richtlinien, z.B. Sanktionslistenscreening, End-User-Certificate, Präferenzkalkulation, REX, Ermächtigter Ausführer etc. Organisieren und Koordinieren von Transporten per Luft, See, LKW oder Kurier (Stückgutverladung) Erfassen und Überwachen der Aufträge von Eingang über die Produktion bis zur Auslieferung incl. Terminkoordination und dessen Einhaltung Betreuung internationaler Kunden Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache mit Kunden und Dienstleistern Angebotserstellung, bei Bedarf Zusammenarbeit mit technischem Support oder Außendienst Reklamationsbearbeitung

Essential

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (idealerweise als Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau oder Industriekaufmann/-frau) Erfahrungen in Exportabwicklung und Zollanmeldung IAA-Plus Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und verfügen über ERP-Erfahrung Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischken Eigenständiges Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit und zielgerichtete, analytische Vorgehensweise zum Kunden Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit sowie die Fähigkeit in turbulenten Zeiten den Überblick zu behalten
