Analyse und Bewertung von Logistik-, Administrations- und Fertigungsprozessen Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Leitung von Projekten im Lean-Umfeld Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lean-Strategien und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von Workshops und Projekten Vermittlung von Inhalten zur Umsetzung von Lean Aktivitäten im Rahmen von Mitarbeiterschulungen und Coaching Maßnahmen Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung vorhandener Controlling- und Managementinstrumente Reporting an das Management Unterstützung bei Auditvorbereitungen und Dokumentation relevanter Prozesse Arbeitsplatzgestaltung/ -optimierung

Position Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lean Management oder Prozessoptimierung, idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen Kenntnisse gängiger Lean-Methoden (z. B. Kaizen, 5S, KVP, Wertstromanalyse) Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen Gute Englischkenntnisse Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
