Deine Aufgaben:

Beantwortung von unterschiedlichen Anfragen per E-Mail oder Telefon Klärung von Anliegen, ordentliche Dokumentation und Einhaltung von Zusagen Identifizierung und Eskalation von Kundenproblemen Kundenerwartungen verstehen und gezielt Ansatzpunkte zur Verbesserung der Servicequalität erkennen Betrieblichen Prozesse des Unternehmens verstehen, einhalten und stets auf dem aktuellen Stand bleiben

Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, oder vergleichbar Erfahrung im Service Bereich mit Kundenkontakt Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Kenntnisse in Englisch sind von Vorteil
