Your mission

Own and secure our Microsoft system landscape: Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, Microsoft 365, Defender for Endpoint Implement and maintain scalable security policies (MFA, conditional access, encryption, RBAC) Manage user roles, group policies, and access controls across the organization Continuously harden our Microsoft and server environments (Windows, Linux, macOS) against threats Secure endpoints and mobile devices with patching, monitoring, and compliance tools Support incident response, troubleshoot security events, and prevent recurrence Contribute to ISO 27001, BSI, and NIS2 compliance with lean, practical solutions

Your profile

Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience Proven experience as a Microsoft System Administrator in a fast-paced or security-critical environment Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, Intune, and Microsoft 365 administration Deep understanding of access control models, least-privilege principles, and MFA/2FA solutions Practical experience with security tools: Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, encryption Familiarity with ISO 27001, BSI, and classified communication standards (VSFD) Certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, AZ-500, MS-500 are highly valued Citizenship of a NATO member state or close ally (mandatory for clearance) Successful candidates will be required to obtain security clearance
