Key Responsibilities:

Design mechanical systems and components for AI-driven robots. Ensure robustness for harsh environments and rough vibrations. Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings for fabrication (sheet metal, CNC). Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components with electrical and software systems. Conduct mechanical simulations and performance testing. Optimize designs for cost, efficiency, modularity, and manufacturability. Contact suppliers and manufacturers to ensure fast-paced deployments.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, particularly in mobile robotics or automation.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar. Understanding of mechanical testing and prototyping processes. Strong knowledge of material properties, manufacturing methods, and system integration.
