What you’ll do:
Master's thesis on the topic „Energy Management System Tool for DC grids “ Literature research on energy management system algorithms and control strategies Integration of RESs (e.g., solar, wind) and ESSs (e.g., batteries) into the DC grid Adaptive voltage sharing control for DC grids Develop algorithms for optimizing power and energy flow and minimizing losses within the DC grid Strategies for load balancing and peak shaving to enhance grid stability Use of simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) to test and validate the EMS under various scenarios

Qualifications:
Pursuing a master's degree in electrical engineering

Skills:
Understanding of the principles of power electronics and DC grids Previous experience with EMS tools is an advantage Experience with simulation platforms like MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD desired Strong communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in English and/or German Individual support during the preparation of the Master's thesis Prospects of employment at one of the many national and international locations Culture & values - Eaton offers more than its products - “We make what matters work” Inclusion & Diversity
