Job Description



Experience research

: You will perform literature review on LC-VCO architectures, phase noise reduction and the relevant compensation techniques

Shape the future

: You will optimize and design an on-chip spiral inductor using EM simulation tools, integrated in Cadence Virtuoso (eg. Momentum)

Reliable work

: You will design the LC-VCO at the schematic level in Cadence Virtuoso, integrating the EM-verified inductor model




Your Profile



Study field

: You are currently studying a Master’s in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar

Skills

: You have a solid background with Analog Circuit Design and EM simulation tools, as well as hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso

Way of working

: You have a strong analytical and problem-solving approach, along with documentation skills

Personality

: You have great curiosity and openness to explore novel or unusual design approaches, that advance the state of the art

Language skills

: You have good English skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus
