In Germany, our Mass Account Management (MAM) team supports thousands of retail partners across the country. We're now looking for a Mass Account Manager to join us and help improve the operational success of these partners at scale.
What you'll be doing

As a Mass Account Manager, you will play a key role in improving the operational success of our retail partners at scale. You'll be part of a team responsible for ensuring thousands of merchants remain active, available, and engaged with Wolt's commercial tools. Using data, structure, and scalable communication, you will help partners improve their performance, adopt new features like Promotions and Ads, and contribute to Wolt's growth — all while maintaining clean and reliable portfolio data.
Day-to-day in this role you'll:
Manage the operational health and performance of a large group of retail partners
Monitor and improve KPIs such as availability, active rate, rejection rate, and churn
Design and lead initiatives that drive adoption of Promotions, Deals, and Ads
Ensure strong data hygiene and accurate reporting
Support campaign rollouts and help scale best practices across the portfolio
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams
Our humble expectations

3+ years experience in operations, commercial or support roles
Excellent German and English communication skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM platforms
Strong sense of ownership, structure, and attention to detail
Analytical mindset and drive to improve processes
