Marketing Working Student

with a strong growth mindset to tackle the day-to-day challenges of building and growing a business.


In this unique role, you’ll support Cozero’s marketing team with campaign execution, content management, and internal coordination to help scale our lead generation and brand visibility efforts.

Your mission

To help keep our marketing engine running smoothly by supporting content, campaign, and operations tasks—helping ensure timely execution and quality across internal and external marketing initiatives.

What will the role involve?

This is a true

hands-on support role

, focused on keeping our marketing systems, content, and campaigns well-organized and up to date. You will:

Assist with

content scheduling

on LinkedIn and in HubSpot.
Help maintain and update our

content library

and internal documentation.
Support our

website and CMS

updates (Webflow).
Help track lead generation efforts and keep contact records clean and structured in HubSpot.
Assist with event coordination, logistics, and related communication materials.
Contribute to the development and QA of landing pages, forms, and assets.

and can quickly become comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, and CMS systems.

strong written communication

and feel confident drafting or refining short texts like emails or social posts.
Enjoy working with others and can collaborate across teams (Product, Sales, Marketing).
Have

attention to detail

, whether it's tagging contacts correctly or catching form typos before a launch.
