Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities that strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and foster customer loyalty. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and external partners to develop effective campaigns and continuously advance our marketing strategy.

Key Tasks:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online & offline) Plan, create, and optimize content (e.g., blog articles, newsletters, social media posts) Manage budget planning and control within your area of responsibility Conduct market and competitor analyses Analyze campaign results and derive actionable recommendations Collaborate with external agencies and service providers Work closely with the design team to ensure relevant and high-quality campaign materials Prepare and participate in new product launches, customer presentations, price lists, catalogs, and promotional materials Coordinate and manage local product samples, customers, trade fairs, and showrooms Support the execution of consumer and trade fairs and events Professionally manage the blogger community Actively support product management with translations, product tests, and daily product-related tasks Develop and implement exciting partnership campaigns with partners from various industries to reach new target audiences

Education and Experience:

3 years of experience in marketing Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification required Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational abilities Experience with software tools Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and general social media best practices; solid understanding of KPIs and social media trends Proficient in Excel
