Marketing Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our global digital advertising initiatives on the Demand Generation Team. This critical role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, with a strong focus on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other emerging advertising channels. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, working closely with internal content teams, external marketing agencies, and various departments to ensure a cohesive and impactful digital presence for our global enterprise.




Manage paid advertising campaigns

on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and acquire new customers. This includes everything from keyword research and ad copy creation to optimizing landing pages, setting bidding strategies, and running A/B tests.

Collaborate with internal teams

, including content creators, to ensure ad creatives and brand messaging are consistent across all digital channels.

Serve as the main point of contact for external marketing agencies,

managing relationships, upholding brand guidelines, and ensuring strong campaign performance.

Work cross-functionally with various departments

such as Sales, Product, and Business Unit Leaders to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.

Analyze and report on key metrics

, providing actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve performance.

Oversee and allocate digital marketing budgets

to maximize ROI.

Stay current with the latest trends

in digital marketing, advertising, and marketing technology.

Use project management software

to track progress, organize tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.



Must Have Qualifications




A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a similar field.

5+ years of progressive experience

in digital marketing, with a focus on managing paid advertising campaigns. Proven ability to create and execute successful digital advertising strategies. Expertise in

HubSpot

for marketing automation, CRM, and analytics. Proficiency in the

Microsoft Office Suite

. Previous experience with

Google Analytics (GA4)

. Experience using a project management platform like

Wrike

,

Asana, Trello, or Jira

.



Preferred Qualifications




Relevant certifications in

HubSpot, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads

. A solid understanding of

SEO

and content marketing. Hold

HubSpot Inbound Marketing & Digital Advertising Certifications

. Webinar tool experience like

gotowebinar

, Marketo, Wistia, ON24 etc. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

. Experience with

Wrike

Salesforce

Spire operates a hybrid work model, and this position will require you to work a minimum of three days per week in the office.
