About the role



Become part of a strong team in osteoporosis! For our dedicated marketing team, we are looking for a

Marketing & Digital Solution Manager Osteoporosis (m/f/d) in Monheim am Rhein, Germany,

with a passion for digital transformation and innovative marketing. In this

2 year fixed-term position

, you will actively shape our digital communication and play a key role in further developing our omnichannel strategy.

Who you will work with




You will collaborate with internal stakeholders but also with external stakeholders such as agencies or Health Care Partners.

What you will do



Strategic and operational responsibility for digital marketing activities in the field of osteology Close collaboration with product management to develop digital content for promotional communication Driving and further developing our omnichannel approach through smart integration of various channels and formats Planning, implementation, and optimization of automated communication flows (e.g. customer journeys, email campaigns) Analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs to ensure continuous optimization of activities Monitoring market trends and deriving innovative digital marketing approaches

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:



More than 3 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on digital marketing Completed degree (at least Bachelor’s) in marketing, communications, business administration, or a comparable field Enthusiasm for digital transformation and new marketing technologies Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus Analytical, structured working style and strong communication skills Team-player mentality and high level of initiative Fluent German and English, written and spoken
