Primary objective of position
The Marketing Coordinator will execute on Area Support Office (ASO) level Radisson Hotel Group’s (RHG) e-Commerce and Marketing strategy, including Social Media, to maximize the direct online revenue potential and to increase awareness of the hotels and its brand. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will provide support, direction and expertise for the hotels, all relevant departments within the ASO and all related stakeholders.
TASK, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Adapting and implementing of brand concepts and campaigns to local markets
Planning and setting-up of marketing campaigns (off- and online) including tracking, reporting and analyzing referring to the individual, relevant and set KPIs
Working closely with Revenue department to identify the ROI of business developments in new or existing distribution channels and support need and focus hotels
Assisting the hotel teams in planning and budgeting Marketing & e-Commerce activities; adjusting the activities and spend based on changes in the business environment
Managing & developing local, regional and area-wide Marketing partnerships
Supporting all relevant ASO teams – such as Sales, Revenue Management, Operations - and hotels with marketing activities, priorities and tactics within the framework of corporate and/or brand guidelines in cooperation and coordination with CSO
Supporting and creating promotional materials and collaterals in cooperation with agencies and printing suppliers all in line with existing CI/CD
Reviewing content and presence in the Social Media space and supporting the ASO Social Media resources
Creating Social Media campaigns, including setting-up of strategies and support of hotels if applicable
Developing & assisting of corporate brand blogs including sourcing of new topics/content, creating & translating of new posts
Driving traffic & increasing engagement and referral traffic
Conducting regular audits of hotel WebExtra sites to ensure optimal content (images, text, links, translations)
Regular monitoring of competitors , identifying trends and researching ways to use emerging needs
Increasing subscribing Club Carlson members and maximizing CC members engagement and revenue spend
REQUIREMENTS:
